For those students who are passing their classes and do not have a "U" they were rewarded with a school movie day. CVMS took the students to Megaplex to watch, "SING". We followed the movie up with the annual house basketball playoff game.
The students were rewarded with a Christmas Class Party today! They chose to either go into Mrs. Roundy's room for board games OR Mrs. Sandoval's room to watch, "How The Grinch Stole Christmas".
The students played a Christmas Kahoot! The game covered Christmas Trivia, CVMS Trivia and SOME Physics concepts :)

We had a record player (analog), cassette tape (analog), CD (digital) and a digital file (digital). We were looking for what the song sounded like, and how the sound compared to the other devices.
We also recorded some sounds on our phones to see what interference was there. We also looked at the connection between pitch and frequency and loudness and amplitude. We put these notes in our notebooks. If you were absent, come see me. |
